After 18 years of experience as an Advertising Executive and Television Producer/Cameraman/Editor, Peter has produced and been the brains trust of countless successful marketing campaigns.
In 2009 he jumped off the giant balancing act of part time production company and full time gig to take Jepson Media to a fulltime business.
As a director/producer and owner of a boutique production facility, Peter knows and has experienced first hand media marketing, sales and production skills needed to handle your production requirements from both creating and business perspectives.
His talents extend past concept, scripting, camera operation, lighting and editing. most notably with the multi award winning Townsville Bulletin ‘Colour your World’ campaign.
When Peter is not perplexed with producing perfect production, he enjoys a cheeky red, staying fit and slagging off at the Twilight movies he will never ever watch.

Due to wrap up his New Media Arts studies at James Cook University in 2011, fate had other ideas for Luke when he was employed as a graphic designer for a local marketing agency.
Having harboured an immense love of film and production at the hand of his mum’s god-awful 8mm tape video camera in the mid-nineties, Luke linked up with the Jepson Media team when opportunity knocked.
Since joining Jepson Media, Luke has had the opportunity to impress clients with his unique blend of design sensibilities and animation chutzpah, along with a keen eye for sharp editing and visual storytelling panache.
When not delivering quality results for clients, Luke can be found pulling apart cinema releases, tinkering around on his computer and dreaming in 16:9.
MINSTER FOR PRODUCTION CO-ORDINATION & CAMERA OPERATION
Larry has been a solid member of the media industry for over 24 years.
Starting as a Cameraman’s Assistant, Larry worked his way up to become one of Queensland’s most respected Senior Camera Operator and Production Supervisor.
Larry’s career highlights include working on the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games, Camera Operator for NRL, Rugby Union, NBL, A-League, Sky Racing amd thousands of television commercials, productions and programs
Larry’s skill set of camerawork is something he is very proud of and goes the extra mile to make it look as good as it can be.
When not hanging around under a camera. Larry enjoys playing touch footy and having a good chuckle at some of his favorite sitcoms.

After getting his start in the business in Townsville Will moved to Sydney, where he had the opportunity to learn from some of the industry’s best.
in 2010, After honing his talents in the big city, Will decided that it was time to leave and return to Tropical Townsville.
Will loves to think outside the box and is always looking for new exciting ways to tell the story.
As a cinematographer and trained steadicam operator his credits include music videos, feature films and numerous television commercials.
When Will is not busy filmmaking he loves to relax and indulge in his other favourite pastime, film watching, Parkour and Being a part time NINJA.
